John Del Peral

John Del Peral is an experienced trainer in one on one and in group settings. He holds a degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Texas State University, and is Crossfit level 1 Certified. A former athlete, John has spent countless hours studying functional movements, nutrition, barbell training, and injury prevention and is eager to share this information with his clients. His expertise includes speed and agility/strength and conditioning for youth (age 10-18) and adult training for weight loss and mobility. John is currently an indoor coach at both the Crossfit Central facility and Crossfit @ RunTex on Lake Austin Blvd. Be prepared to be held accountable and have a high level of committment when training with John.

Travis Holley

Travis Holley is a CrossFit Level II Coach, has a B.S. in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Northern Colorado, and has 3 years of experience coaching a wide variety of individuals ranging from young athletes to grandparents, and everyone in between. Travis has been involved with sports and fitness all his life – playing soccer, hockey, and football since a young age and continuing on to play soccer for the University of Northern Colorado. Recently, Travis competed in the 2009 Rocky Mountain Regional CrossFit Qualifiers where he placed 13th. Travis takes great pride in helping others reach a higher level of functional fitness through hard work and determination, and while doing so, improving one’s self-worth.

Jessica Sharratt

Jessica Sharratt is a CrossFit Level I, Olympic Lifting, Running and Endurance, Nutrition and Mobility certified Instructor and is the lead trainer for the CrossFit Women's Only classes held at RunTex. She also coaches Co-Ed crossfit classes and one on one sessions, specializing in in-home personal training. Her recent accomplishments include placing 2nd at the South Central Texas Sectionals and 4th at the Hell's Half Acre Regional Qualifier in May 2010, winning a spot as an individual competitor in the 2010 International CrossFit Games. She has been an athlete and health and fitness enthusiast all her life and is passionate about helping others to achieve a happier and healthier life. Jessica specializes in functional training and strength development for life and overall wellness and will motivate you to surpass your highest goals.

Lisa Thiel

Lisa Bender has been involved in the fitness industry for over 8 years with experience in one on one sessions, small group training, and corporate wellness programming. She has a passion for bringing CrossFit to runners and multi-sport athletes to improve performance and prevent injury. Lisa has been a competitive endurance athlete for over 15 years and a CrossFitter for 2 ½ years. Her recent athletic accomplishments include 2008 Fittest Games Chall Champion and 2009 Boston Marathon Finisher. Lisa has a BA degree in Exercise and Sport Science from UNC-Chapel Hill and was a former Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by NSCA. She holds a certification in CrossFit Endurance and Running, CrossFit Nutrition, and is CrossFit Level 1 certified.

Chris Hartwell

Chris Hartwell has been an athlete all his life. His efforts have logged countless hours practicing Olympic, Kettlebell, and Power lifts. He is a CrossFit Level I Certified and holds a Kettlebell certification. Chris coaches outdoor boot camps as well as one on one training. He specializes in fitness for longevity of life and over all wellness. Chris is dedicated to help those who are ready to change their life.

Michael Winchester

Michael Winchester has been involved in elite athletics his entire life, playing collegiate soccer for four years at Stetson University. He is a Level I CrossFit Certified Trainer with extensive experience and knowledge in Soccer and Track & Field. Michael has trained aspiring collegiate footballers for the past six years and knows what it takes to reach the next level of athletic performance. He has an unwavering passion for the continued development (personal, professional and health) of himself and those around him and is available for one-on-one or small group training.

Jen Cardella

Jen Cardella has participated in team sports since she could walk including basketball, softball, soccer, lacrosse and volleyball. Jen was a collegiate runner for Southwest Texas State and graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. She worked work overseas with the Department of State in Iraq when she was introduced into CrossFit. When Jen returned to the States in 2007 she sought CrossFit Central and never looked back. Jen is CrossFit Level I Certified and holds a certification in CrossFIt Nutritionran. She has ran in the New York and Dallas Marathons and numerous road races and triathlons in austin. Jen is available for one on one personal training and is ready to take you to the next level!
