Try Outs for the CrossFit Central Affiliate Team for the International Games 2010 will be held on April 17th. Last year our affiliate team took 2nd overall at the 2009 International CrossFit Games - this year we are taking home 1st!!  The requirements are that you must currently workout at CrossFit Central in order to compete on the affiliate team, we will take 10 competitors & 2 alternates for this team.
