Want to start your journey to elite fitness with us?  Here's what you need to do.

At CrossFit Central, we not only want to make sure that you get the safest, most effective workout, but that you're part of the CrossFit Central Community before you start your first group class.  Coached by a CrossFit Central coach, and delivered in small group sessions, CrossFit Elements is designed to get you to your first class with the knowledge you need to be successful.

How can you sign up?

The Elements sessions introduce you to the CrossFit method by instructing you on the most important movements you'll find in our classes.

Here's what you'll learn in each session:

Session 1

  • Squats: air squat, back squat, front squat, overhead squat
  • Push-up
  • Pull-up and Kipping pull-up
  • Rowing with the Concept II rower
  • Short CrossFit workout so you can see what it's like!

Session 2

  • Deadlift
  • Sumdo deadlift high pull
  • Presses: shoulder press, push press, push jerk

Session 3

  • Medicine ball clean
  • Barbell clean
  • Ring row
  • Ring dip
  • Burgener warm-up
  • Snatch

Signing up for Elements

Simply contact us and we'll schedule your sessions.  Upon arriving at the gym for your first session, you'll need to pay your coach; we take cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

Some things you should know before signing up:

  • Read our FAQ for common questions asked by new athletes.
  • If you need to cancel a session, please contact your coach within 12 hours of your session.  Otherwise, you may incur a $50 fee.
