CrossFit Endurance

With enough time on the pavement, road, or in the pool, we can call complete that endurance event we've been wanting to do for years.  Eventually, that time adds up -- not only are you spending countless hours training, you're getting nagging aches and pains that turn into overuse injuries.

Did you know that over 80% of all runners are injured in some form every year? Regardless of changes in shoe technology, the number has not changed!

Instead, people are directed to get all kinds of stuff to help with their running form.  What are they neglecting?  Form, technique, efficiency, and strength!

CrossFit Endurance adds a sport-specific training model on top of your CrossFit Indoor ot Boot Camp programs to get you to the starting line of an endurance event injury free, stronger, and with significantly fewer training hours.  Athletes around the world are using this method to complete races from sprint triathlons and 5k runs to IronMan and Ultra marathons!

CrossFit Central's Endurance program has three components:

  • Free track workouts to get your runs in, coached by a CrossFit Endurance certified coach.
  • A Run Enudurance Elements program designed to significantly improve your running stride.
  • An online community for our athletes to get together and practice outside of the gym... runs, rides, swims... our athletes are out there doing it.  Join them!

After participating in a CrossFit Central Indoor or Boot Camp for at least one month, you can join the Endurance community.  Then, join us at the track for a few free track workouts.  To take your running to the next level, sign up for CrossFit Central Enudurance Elements.
