Congratulations to all of the I Am CrossFit E.P.O.C teams that completed the challenge and the final benchmark workout on Saturday morning! The make-up workout is Tuesday at 7 PM! The participants of this challenge had intense focus on nutrition, food logging and extra workouts which paid of in the end. Results of the challenge will be posted this week, stay tuned. Pictured above is Jim Bagan and Tanner Kneese in the Monday/Wednesday 5:15 PM On-Ramp class at RunTex. These two guys along with 5 others rocked it last month! At the end of the month's session we repeat the workout completed during elements to see if the athlete has improved. Every single one in class improved! Some took off up to 3 minutes! On-Ramp programs get you where you need to be to join a Co-Ed or Women's Only class.

PH is a measure of the acidity or alkalinity of a solution. It is measured on a scale of 0 to 14—the lower the pH the more acidic the solution, the higher the pH the more alkaline (or base) the solution. There are only 4 days left until the finale of the I Am CrossFit Challenge!! There have already been some amazing results and life long changes. Let's see who finishes the strongest and which team wins! The benchmark workout is this Saturday starting at 8 AM at the CrossFit gym on Burnet. Come out and cheer on these athletes! CrossFit Central is hosting the Central Southern Texas Sectionals on March 13th & 14th at Camp Mabry. The top 30 men & 30 women will advance to the Regional CrossFit Competition.
